SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Our business provides free shipping to over 100 countries around the world.

There may be some rare locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you and work out the best options for you to receive your item.

Shipping time depends on the country and the product ordered. As our products are made on demand according to your needs it will take around 3-5 working days for production and fulfilment before shipping.

If you are in a rush please choose DHL Express Shipping option, which will deliver orders in around 3-7 days to USA, Canada and Australia. Express shipping cost is calculated at the checkout according to the weight of your items.

If you are not in a rush and prefer to use our FREE Standard Shipping option your items will be shipped with standard inland post option such as Royal Mail, USPS, etc.. Standard shipping takes around 9-14 working days to reach USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.

We offer FREE ground shipping options via local post to over 100 countries. This option will appear at the checkout.

Also, for some countries as US, UK and Canada we offer an express shipping option via DHL Express at an additional cost. You will find shipping options available for your location at checkout.

Packages are sent directly from our own factory in Italy or Shanghai and is delivered by your local postal service.

Full tracking is provided on all deliveries, with items also able to be tracked via your local postal service once an item clears local customs.

Yes, you will receive your tracking code via email 1-3 days after your item was shipped.

For some shipping companies, it may take around 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system and showcase the location of your order.

To speed up your delivery times we ship clothing items as jerseys, bibs and jackets directly from our production factory. These items will be sent in one package. 

Versus cycling accessories ( as gloves, socks and other ) might be sent in different packages directly from our cycling accessories distributors.

Don't worry, we will not add any additional cost to your order but may result in packages arriving separately. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Exchanges

Items could be exchanged 30 days after purchase.

There are two options of exchange: 

1) You could send items back to us and we will re-sent you new replacement item

2) If you are first time customer you could go through very easy exchange re-order process. You will NOT need to send item back, but will be offered 70% discount code while ordering the correct size of exchanged item.

Return and Refund Policy

All products could be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and have its original packaging.

Please note: Returns needs to be shipped back to our return department in Europe, where they will be able to resell returned items. Please note that customer is responsible of paying return shipping fee.

A cycling jersey needs to be durable, but have a soft, comfortable feeling. Our jerseys are constructed from high-quality polyster, which have allowed us to tailor them to fit the needs of the most demanding cyclists. Our precisely chosen fabrics allow for a 4-way stretch, that keeps our jerseys feeling lightweight and breathable, but can still offer protection from the sun and other harsh elements.

For production we have two our own on demand factories. One factory is based in Italy, Montella city, where our business has started. We ship orders to European customers from there. While another factory is based in Shanghai. We ship all international orders from there as it gives us much quicker 7-12 shipping times to US, UK, Australia and Canada. 

We were working on sourcing items in US based factories, but it increased our cost by 40% and prolonged production times. Therefore we dismissed this option as our business ethos is about reasonably priced production. 

You order can be canceled until they are shipped.

If you have made an order and you need to make a change the address or cancel an order, you should contact us within 12 hours.

Once the order was processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

No, we pay VAT on your behalf, so your items should not be stopped by customs. 

Your items should not be withheld by custom department.

In that case you will receive your items much quicker!

SIZING AND MEASURE

All the gear here Montella Cycling is aimed to match typical western race-fit sizing.

Cycling clothing does typically fit a size smaller than casual wear and T-Shirts. To get a looser fit, we would recommend to order a size up from your typical US T-Shirt size.

For cycling jerseys we suggest to measure and your chest and select the size accordingly. If your stomach is bigger than your chest, we suggest to use your stomach measurement instead.

Long-sleeved jerseys provide better body coverage than a conventional cycling jersey. This added coverage can be used to benefit the rider in many different ways.

When the seasons start getting colder, a long-sleeve gives better regulation over your body temperature and helps block out cold winds. Our extra thermal option is perfect for days which are 3-10 degrees Celsius, and the regular non-thermal is a great option for any days 10-15 degrees Celsius. The non-thermal long-sleeve works seamlessly in parallel with a short-sleeve underneath so you can shed layers as the sun comes out.

We are pleased to announce that we use best 5D silicone gel pad for cycling bibs and shorts. These chamois are selected even by professional cyclist and will make your cycling journey more comfortable and enduring.
