Yes we provide FREE Standard Shipping option to over 200 countries worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the country and the product ordered. As our products are made on demand according to your needs it will take around 3-5 working days for production and fulfilment before shipping.
If you are in a rush please choose DHL Express Shipping option, which will deliver orders in around 3-7 days to USA, Canada and Australia. Express shipping cost is calculated at the checkout according to the weight of your items.
If you are not in a rush and prefer to use our FREE Standard Shipping option your items will be shipped with standard inland post option such as Royal Mail, USPS, etc.. Standard shipping takes around 9-14 working days to reach USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. A bit longer to reach other destinations.
*Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, global pandemics and border closures around the world; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control.
⚠️ IMPORTANT - ORDERS PROCESSING DELAYS ⚠️
We are installing new equipments in our factory this January, which will allow us to perform even more complicated sewing techniques.
However, production will need to be paused for a few weeks from 18th January. We should be back to production at full speed on 6th February. Therefore all orders ordered after 18th January will be sent out at the beginning of February.
Please take this delay into account before ordering.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will automatically receive an email 1-3 days after your order was shipped. You could track your item using this link: https://montella-cycling.com/apps/trackingmore
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
This is normal. For most shipping companies, it will take between 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on their system.
If your order was dispatched more than five business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us and we will chase it up for you.
Why I received items in different packages?
To speed up your delivery times we ship clothing items as jerseys, bibs and jackets directly from our production factory. These items will be sent in one package.
Versus cycling accessories ( as gloves, socks and other ) might be sent in different packages directly from our cycling accessories distributors.
Don't worry, we will not add any additional cost to your order but may result in packages arriving separately. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Where do you ship your items from?
We have few warehouses for different items. Cycling accessories and gear will be shipped from warehouse in USA in Oregon or factory in Shenzen. Cycling jerseys and bibs will be shipped directly from factories in Italy, Lithuania or Shenzen.
